Fox shocks have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is serviced by Carli Suspension, where possible.

As of January 2023, Carli Suspension is no longer ordering Fox Shocks (See THIS article for details). Carli will service Fox’s warranty from the remaining on shelf (and inbound) inventory. If Carli does not have the Fox shock in stock (or inbound) to service the warranty inquiry, the customer will need to reach out to Fox directly for warranty service HERE. This link will also take Fox customers who are OUT of warranty to the service department capable of rebuilding your Fox 2.0″ IFP and R/R shocks.

    To qualify for warranty, the failure of the Fox Shock MUST be within 1 year from the purchase date. We will need the following:
  • A copy of the original Purchase receipt to qualify the warranty

    • A picture of all shocks for which a warranty is requested showing evidence of failure.

      • A picture of the wiper cap (Black cap at the end of the shock body where the shaft comes out) showing both the Part Number AND Lot number. Again, for each shock on the request.
